Todd Wurschmidt is a busy businessman. During the course of his professional career, which spans more than two decades, Dr. Todd Wurschmidt held multiple jobs on more than one occasion, though, right now, he is concentrating his efforts on only one position. Todd N. Wurschmidt began working at PARADOX Associations in March of 2008. With seven months at PARADOX Associations already behind him, Dr. Wurschmidt has made strides within the nonprofit organization. PARADOX Associations serves as a consultant for nonprofit agencies aims to help its fellow nonprofits with and international program initiation, problem solving, planning and raising funds. Wurschmidt worked at the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police and the Law Enforcement Foundation at the same time, and was the CEO at both nonprofit organizations. At Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police, Dr. Wurschmidt increased the agency’s profits exponentially and built international relationships with police in Turkey, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, and Bahrain, among others. While at the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police, Todd, with the development staff at the Law Enforcement Foundation, ran four to six individual campaign drives, which brought in $400,000 to $700,000 per year. Dr. Wurschmidt pulled a double shift in the late 1990s when he worked as the executive director at the nonprofit organization Ohio Fire Chiefs Association and was an adjunct assistant professor at The Ohio State University. Todd Wurschmidt attended The Ohio State University and earned three different degrees: a bachelor’s of science in zoology in 1975, a master’s of science in sociology in 1981 and a doctor of philosophy degree in sociology (with an emphasis in community development adoption and diffusion of innovations) in 1992. Now that he is only working at one job, Dr. Todd Wurschmidt has more time to do the things he loves the most, including swimming, traveling to many different parts of the world, reading, and spending time with his family.
